PEB is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production activities related to Pre-Engineered Buildings to ensure timely delivery, optimal quality, cost efficiency, and safe operations. The role involves managing manpower, machinery, materials, and processes across fabrication, painting, and dispatch.

1. Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per project requirements.
2. Ensure on-time fabrication and delivery of PEB components (primary & secondary members).
3. Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, stores, and dispatch teams.

⚒️Operations Management

• Supervise fabrication processes: cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, blasting, and painting.
• Optimize machine utilization and manpower productivity.
• Monitor production output and take corrective actions to meet targets.

Job Summary
This Sales Executive role is in a supporting function to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He will be responsible for field visits and support to the V.P. – Sales & Marketing. He needs to be willing to travel extensively.

Primary Responsibilities

• Introductory Sales Pitch:Give standard company and products introduction to customers during visit to customer site.
• Visit Plan: Prepare weekly and monthly visit plan, get it approved from VP, and review actual implementation with VP.
• Lighting Design Survey: Conduct site surveys as per training using the tools provided.
• Product Demo: Conduct on-site demo to measure lux levels and to prepare detailed reports.
• Before/After Photos & Lux – Measure lux levels and take photos to prepare case studies.
• Cross check lux levels against lighting designs for feedback to lighting design department, especially for new products.
• Courtesy Sales Visits: Visit few selected key customers every month.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Warranty Claims Coordination: Site visit for handling customer complaints when required.
• Proposal making support: Provide inputs to back-office for proposals to be prepared by them.

⚒️Job Description

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control tests,inspections, and audits. Prepare reports on quality metrics, non-conformance incidents, and corrective actions taken. Provide regular updates to QA Executive/HOD.

• Training and Education: Conduct training programs for employees on quality assurance procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety guidelines. Promote a culture of quality awareness and ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

• Conduct Personnel Hygiene checks

• Monitor housekeeping activity in a shift

• Conduct Laboratory analysis of other resources like Effluent, RO water, Processed water, Steam, Briquettes etc.

• Monitor QA related activity like printing checks, calibrations of measuring instruments, FIFO etc in Packing section, Cold storages and during Dispatches.

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, valves, and hoses.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Replace or refurbish worn-out hydraulic components.
• Maintain and repair mechanical parts, including gears, bearings, shafts, and couplings.
• Align, assemble, and install mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• ⁠Identify and resolve faults in hydraulic and mechanical systems using diagnostic tools.
