        📝Key Responsibilities
        • Service Coordination:

        1. Plan and allocate service requests to Field Service Engineers (FSEs) across PAN India.
        2. Monitor daily service activities and ensure closure within defined TAT/SLA.
        3. Coordinate with warehouses, service partners, and field teams for smooth operations.

        • Field Operations Management:

        1. Track battery performance and service requirements using IoT/CAN data.
        2. Ensure proper diagnosis, repair, and RTF (Ready to Fit) activities at L1/L2 levels.
        3. Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of critical field issues.

        • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Reliability Improvement:

        1. Perform detailed RCA for field failures using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto analysis.
        2. Analyse CAN/IoT data, failure trends, and service history to identify root causes.
        3. Work closely with Quality, Design, and Manufacturing teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
        4. Drive reduction in repeat failures and improve field reliability.
        5. Prepare and present RCA reports with actionable insights to management.

        • Vendor & Partner Management:

        1. Coordinate with third-party service partners for remote locations.
        2. Monitor service quality of external vendors.

        • Data Monitoring & Reporting:

        1. Maintain service dashboards and MIS reports (TAT, failure trends, repeat issues).

        • Customer & Internal Coordination:

        1. Act as a single point of contact for service-related communication.
        2. Coordinate with customers, operations, logistics, and quality teams.

        • Process Improvement:

        1. Identify gaps in service operations and implement corrective actions.

        • Strong knowledge of battery manufacturing processes
        • Understanding of battery defects and troubleshooting
        • Knowledge of PPAP documentation, Control plan
        • Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
        • Good communication and coordination skills
        • Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation
