🎯Job Summary
The Accounts Executive will support the Accounts & Finance Manager in day‑to‑day accounting operations, statutory compliance, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail, timely execution of tasks, and maintaining accuracy in financial records.
1️⃣PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Accounting Entries: Record all purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries in the accounting software.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliation and maintain updated bank records.
- Vendor & Customer Accounting: Maintain vendor ledgers, customer ledgers, and ensure timely reconciliation of balances.
- GST / TDS Compliance Support: Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and maintaining related documentation.
- Invoice Processing: Verify, process, and post vendor bills
- Petty Cash & Expense Management: Maintain petty cash records, employee expense reimbursement details, and required approvals.

2️⃣SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
