The Marketing Executive β International Marketing will be responsible for promoting bakery ingredients, flavours, and specialty food additives in global markets. The role includes lead generation, client communication, coordination with production and supply chain teams, and ensuring strong brand positioning in international territories.

A. International Marketing & Business Development
β’ Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand business in international markets.
β’ Identify and evaluate new global business opportunities for bakery ingredients, flavours, sorbic acid, fumaric acid, and other Company products.
β’ Conduct international market researchβcompetitor analysis, pricing trends, and consumer behavior.
β’ Maintain relationships with overseas distributors, channel partners, and direct clients.
β’ Create and maintain an international customer database.
B. Sales Support & Client Handling
β’ Generate leads through emails, online platforms, marketplaces, exhibitions, and export portals.
β’ Handle inquiries, share product information, technical data sheets, and quotations.
β’ Follow up with international clients for samples, orders, feedback, and after-sales service.
β’ Coordinate negotiations related to pricing, MOQ, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
C. Marketing Communication
β’ Prepare marketing materials: brochures, product presentations, technical documents.
β’ Assist in digital marketingβwebsite updates, product posts, and marketing campaigns.

The Senior Quality Manager will lead the complete Quality function for Injection Moulded and Painted Automotive Plastic Components. The role ensures strong process control, customer satisfaction, supplier performance, audit compliance, and continuous improvement across moulding and paint shop operations.

A. Customer Quality Management
β’ Act as the primary interface for all customer quality requirements.
β’ Lead customer complaint analysis and closure using structured problem-solving.
β’ Ensure timely PPAP/ISIR submissions and audit compliance.
β’ Drive corrective & preventive action (CAPA) closure.
B. In-House Quality β Injection Moulding
β’ Ensure strict adherence to approved moulding parameters.
