Proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support business growth through customer engagement, market research, and solution-based selling. The role involves visiting existing customers, generating new leads through cold calling, understanding customer requirements, and offering suitable solutions from our product and service portfolio. The candidate will also support vendor development, website coordination, and marketing activities.

⚒️Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management & Business Development

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow- ups.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and lead follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from the company’s product and service portfolio.

Internal Coordination & Solution Delivery

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and effective solutions are delivered
  to customers.
• Act as a communication link between customers and internal stakeholders to support smooth
  execution.

Market Research & Vendor Development

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and
  emerging opportunities.
• Support identification, evaluation, and development of new vendors based on market and customer needs. Marketing & Promotional Activities
• Assist in planning and execution of marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and marketing events as required.

Digital & Reporting Support

• Support website-related activities, including content updates, product information, and coordination with designers or external agencies.
• Prepare and maintain marketing reports, customer feedback summaries, and market intelligence data.

🎓Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
• Comfortable with cold calling, customer visits, and fieldwork
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and market research

🧑‍🎓Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply

✔ Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, etc.)
✔ Coordinate with transporters & internal teams
✔ Maintain dispatch & stock records
✔ Ensure timely delivery of materials
