Preferred Candidate Profile
3–5 years experience in CMM inspection in precision machining industries
Experience with Hexagon CMM programming & operation
Knowledge of GD&T & engineering drawings
Experience in CNC / VMC component inspection

• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Maintain quality standards and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the team to optimize workflow

• Ensure safety standards and project timelines
• Monitor fabrication/erection work at site

⚒️Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the dispatch department.
• Assign delivery routes and schedules to drivers.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to optimize delivery processes
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documents.
• Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
• Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.
• Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.

💼Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience as a Dispatch Executive.
• Knowledge of Tally / ERP
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience 2-3 years

⚒️Key Responsibilities

1. Process Quality Control

• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
• Identify and analyse process deviations and product defects during battery production.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues.

1. Battery Defect Analysis

• Investigate defects related to battery manufacturing such as:
• Cell failure
• Welding defects
• Leakage
• Capacity / performance issues
• Conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis.
• Coordinate with production and R&D teams to implement corrective actions.

1. Quality Documentation & PPAP

• Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation including:
• Process Flow Diagram
• Control Plan
• Inspection Reports
• Ensure readiness for customer audits and internal audits.

1. Process Improvement

• Analyse process data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Reduce rejection, rework, and warranty failures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Incoming & In-process Quality Monitoring

• Review inspection reports for incoming materials and components.
• Ensure in-process inspection and final inspection compliance.

1. Customer Complaint Handling

• Analyse field failures and customer complaints.
• Provide technical support and corrective action reports.

1. Audit & Compliance

• Support ISO quality system requirements.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.

⛏️Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of battery manufacturing processes
• Understanding of battery defects and troubleshooting
• Experience with PPAP documentation, Control plan
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation

🎓Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of Quality Tools (7QC tools, Six Sigma basics) preferred.

💼Experience

• 2–3 years’ experience in Battery / Electronics / Automotive manufacturing quality
• Experience in Li-ion battery manufacturing preferred
