Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.
- Plan production schedules according to available manpower, machines, materials, and capacity.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production progress against planned schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and identify production bottlenecks.
- Prepare and maintain PPC reports, production schedules, and MIS.
- Monitor inventory levels and support effective material planning.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely completion.
- Analyze production delays and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain proper production planning documentation and records.
Required Skills
✔ Good knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC)
✔ Knowledge of MRP, production scheduling, and inventory control
✔ Good MS Excel / ERP knowledge
✔ Strong coordination and follow-up skills
✔ Analytical and problem-solving ability
✔ Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
