π―Main Task
The Head of Maintenance Function and reports to the local management team. The candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will develop and lead an internal team to support the following areas: Utility, Plant and Admin office Maintenance Management etc.
This function is a key role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations to enhance its quality and build capacity with the following main tasks:
- Set up the Maintenance Function in the Greenfield Project in Chakan, Pune
- Plan 1st, 2nd and 3rd phase of Machine installations & budget manpower, expenses. Get the layouts ready and put the necessary team, systIMS, and processes in place
- Visit the Supplier if required, for training or familiarization with the machine processes. Also may need to visit some locations of Tristone to see the working of similar machines
- Start the production by putting up the Plastic Molding line and Vulcanized Rubber Hose & Rubber Hose Assembly Line in India
- Put all the Utilities in place for the plant and control the operations of utility equipmentβs.
- Ensure coordination with all the Necessary govt agencies for approvals etc. Prior experience of a similar nature / greenfield setup will be helpful
- Put the vendor base / contracts in place for all external supplies and services
- Develop & drive scheduled maintenance to ensure minimum machine downtime. This includes βPreventive, Predictive & Correctiveβ maintenance and maintaining spare parts inventory and maintenance records, maintenance cost control.
- Should have the capability to retrofit some of the major equipment if required. Prior experience of the same will be helpful in case required
- Knowledge of latest techniques and processes for Power saving in the plant. While also ensuring the highest level of safety and environment friendliness in all the installation processes.
- Basic knowledge of TS16949/ IATF 16949
- Should have preferably executed a Greenfield project once in the Injection Molding environment & Extrusion.
- Coordination with consulting engineering firm for design supports on project requirements. Assessment of technologies and offers from suppliers and recommend cost effective solutions wherever necessary.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, process management, liasoning with external agencies for various statutory approvals and implementation of cost saving/energy conservation methods.
- Training & review, of project team and provide leadership to enable all team members for maximum utilization of resources.
- Monitor and control specifications of each utility equipment. Analyze monthly utility unit consumption & cost and develop new operating technology to improve the efficiency of utility equipment.
- Responsible for upkeep of Fire Hydrant System.
- Responsible for Plant and employee safety.
- Initiate change management request after HOD approval, as and when required.
- Participate in change management meetings and implement change management related actions as and when required.
- Support in getting customer approval on change request where ever required.
- Ensuring conformance of QMS to the requirements of IATF 16949 standard.
- Ensuring integrity of QMS in case of any change.
- Reporting to top management on the performance of the QMS and on the opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in Aspect Impact analysis
- Support management in risks and opportunities identification.
- Support management in defining effective action for Significant aspects
- Follow defined operational controls to avoid adverse effect on Tristone IMS system
- Participate in MRM and present relevant data to management
- Participate in IMS NC and corrective action relevant to your activity.
- Define Operational control for Significant aspects
- Ensure process are delivering intended outcome including IMS performance/objective on regular basis.
- Notify IMS related changes to change management responsible person
- Responsible to comply and monitor legal aspects.
CIP:
- Implementation of centralize manufacturing excellence system design by global CIP team having six pillars.
- Work for implementation of 5S, TPM, KAIZEN, SMED, VSM, LEAN etc.
- Preparation of strategies to achieve the define level and score (% Score) for each pillar of ME system.
- Trigger and drive LEAN initiative process, tools and methods in production, logistic & other operation functions.

The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) for fabrication, structural steel manufacturing, and site erection activities.The role ensures compliance with project specifications, international standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations while maintaining the highest level of quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Quality Management System (QMS)
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMP).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project contractual requirements.
- Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external audits (client/third-party).
