The Heat Treatment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating heat treatment operations using batch and continuous type hardening and tempering furnaces for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. This role ensures that all heat treatment processes meet required metallurgical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and production schedules.
🔹Skills Required
1) Operations & Process Control
- Supervise daily operation of batch and continuous hardening and tempering furnaces.
- Ensure correct heat treatment cycles (hardening, tempering, solution treatment, aging, etc.) are followed per process sheets and customer specifications.
- Monitor furnace parameters including temperature, time, atmosphere, quenching media, and cooling rates.
