⚒️Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall Press Shop operations.
- Plan daily production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Supervise mechanical, hydraulic, and power press operations.
- Improve productivity, quality, and machine utilization.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and minimize machine downtime.
- Implement safety standards, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams.
- Train and develop shop-floor employees while ensuring statutory compliance.
