3651) Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning & Scheduling
   • Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on customer requirements, available capacity, manpower, machines, and material availability.
   • Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure planned production is completed within the required timeline.
   • Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
2. RM to Dispatch Responsibility
   • Coordinate the complete material flow from Raw Material (RM) → Production → Finished Goods → Dispatch.
   • Ensure availability of raw materials and timely movement of materials between processes.
   • Coordinate with stores, production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery.
   • Monitor pending production and dispatch requirements and take necessary follow-up.
3. Customer Communication
   • Communicate with customers regarding production status, order schedules, dispatch planning, and delivery commitments.
   • Provide timely updates on order progress and expected dispatch dates.
   • Coordinate internally to resolve customer-related production or delivery issues.
   • Maintain proper records of customer requirements and commitments.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, PPC, Production Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Good knowledge of production planning, material flow, scheduling, and dispatch coordination.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with production, stores, quality, dispatch, and customers.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
