Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Mechanical Maintenance Department.
• Handle maintenance of hydraulic systems, machines, and equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits, pumps, valves, cylinders, and related equipment.
• Minimize machine breakdowns and reduce production downtime.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate daily maintenance activities.
• Maintain critical spare inventory and coordinate with the Purchase team.
• Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement root cause and corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Electrical, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and maintenance standards.
• Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of hydraulic equipment.

Required Skills

✔ Strong knowledge of industrial hydraulic systems
✔ Experience in mechanical maintenance of manufacturing machinery
✔ Good knowledge of pumps, valves, cylinders, hydraulic power packs, and piping
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Team handling and leadership capability
✔ Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance
✔ Good knowledge of maintenance documentation and reporting
