Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Handle material receiving, inspection, storage and issue.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inventory records.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue/receipt and stock documents.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling and storage.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and avoid excess/shortage of materials.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily activities.
- Maintain 5S, safety and housekeeping in the store.
- Update inventory through ERP/Tally/MS Excel.
