Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall Press Shop Production operations.
• Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules.
• Handle mechanical, hydraulic, and power press operations.
• Monitor productivity, OEE, rejection, rework, and machine utilization.
• Ensure production is carried out as per quality and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, PPC, and Stores departments.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Reduce machine downtime, rejection, and production losses.
• Ensure proper die/tool changeover and production setup.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and shop-floor standards.
• Prepare and review production reports and MIS.
• Train, guide, and develop production supervisors and operators.
