Job Summary

The Site Engineer – PEB will be responsible for execution, supervision, and coordination of Pre-Engineered Building projects at site. The role includes managing erection activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise erection of PEB structures including columns, rafters, purlins, bracings, and sheeting
• Read and interpret PEB GA drawings, erection drawings, and anchor bolt layouts
• Coordinate with fabrication, planning, and design teams
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and material utilization
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and bolting during erection
• Check quality of work as per standards and project specifications
• Ensure safety compliance and safe work practices at site
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and crane operators
• Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and measurements
• Handle client and consultant inspections and queries
• Ensure project completion within time and budget

The ERP Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the ERP system across departments. The role ensures accurate data entry, smooth process flow, user coordination, and timely reporting to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day ERP operations and transactions
• Data entry and validation in ERP modules (Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Accounts, Production, HR, etc.)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in circuit design, proficiency in understanding datasheets, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including software engineers and PCB designers.

The Responsibilities of the engineer would include but not be limited to the below mentioned points:

1. Design and develop hardware circuits for embedded systems, with a focus on PIC or other microcontrollers and power electronic systems.
2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
3. Create schematic diagrams and PCB layouts.
4. Perform component selection and procurement, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
5. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware components and firmware.
6. Work closely with PCB designers to ensure proper implementation of hardware designs.
7. Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware prototypes, diagnosing and resolving any issues.
8. Provide technical support during product development, manufacturing, and deployment phases.
9. Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design software is desirable.
10. Knowledge about power electronic systems like rectifiers, inverters, UPS, SMPS, etc. is desirable.
11. Meet quality standards while maintaining working knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices.
12. Familiarity with national and international design standards including but not limited to to UL, IEEE, NEC, MIL-STD-461, JSS55555, MIL-STD-810 and associated EMI-EMC standards is desirable.
13. Ensuring all technical documents are generated and reviewed in accordance with engineering process and program/customer contract deliverables.

Role Purpose
To design, validate, and continuously improve paint shop jigs for plastic automotive parts by correctly identifying holding points, ensuring paintability, surface quality (Class-A / Piano Black), ergonomics, and high productivity in conveyorized and manual paint operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Jig Design & Holding Point Identification (Core Skill)
2. Study plastic part geometry, Class-A surfaces, ribs, bosses, clips, snap features, and non-appearance areas.
3. Identify exact holding / clamping points that:

• Do not disturb Class-A or visible surfaces
• Avoid paint shadowing, thin film, edge build-up
• Prevent part distortion during hanging, curing, and cooling

1. Decide number of holding points based on:

• Part weight and CG
• Conveyor pitch and acceleration
• Oven temperature & sag risk

1. Finalize primary & secondary supports (hard stop, floating supports, spring-loaded pins where required).
