⚒️ Job Description:
- Assist in monitoring battery manufacturing processes as per quality standards
- Support inspection of incoming, in-process and final products
- Identify basic defects such as welding issues, leakage, and performance problems
- Maintain quality records and documentation
- Assist in preparation of Control Plan, Inspection Reports & basic PPAP documents
- Support root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto (training will be provided)
- Coordinate with production team for quality improvements
- Assist in handling customer complaints and corrective actions
- Participate in internal quality audits and ISO documentation
- Work on rejection reduction and process improvement activities
⛏️ Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection
- Good learning attitude
- MS Excel basic knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Documentation & reporting skills
