3432) Engineer – Quality Assurance

🛠️Job Description

• Set quality targets for all products & achieve every month.
• 1st piece /Last piece inspection to be conduct in each shift.
• Monitoring packing and oiling activity at final inspection area.
• As per daily plan to be complete inspection on daily basis
• Initiate quality_“ Continuous improvements “ in shop
• Quality process plan of each product is to be monitored
• Appropriate training to quality associates , operators & helpers To be given.
• Proper use of all gauges & instruments is to be maintained
• Verify Calibration of gauges & instruments to be monitored properly
• Analysis to avoid scrap / rejection is to be made on fortnightly basis. All scrap & rejection in a month to be declared before 5th of every month.
• While using gauges & instruments in machine shop, proper discipline is to be implemented.
• All associates are to be trained for adhering quality discipline in the shops.
• Operate CMM & contour graphs for regular parts inspection.
• Take daily WIP on daily basis.
• Prepare and send PDIR as per dispatch.
• Handle manpower of final area ,
• Monitoring marking and packing activity .
