3690) Quality Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily quality inspection activities on the shop floor.
• Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspection.
• Ensure products meet drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain quality inspection records and reports.
• Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
• Identify defects, rejection and rework and implement corrective actions.
• Support RCA, CAPA and continuous quality improvement activities.
• Ensure implementation of Control Plan, Inspection Standards and Work Instructions.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Maintenance and other departments.
• Handle customer complaints and support corrective action.
• Maintain quality documentation and prepare daily/monthly quality reports.
• Ensure 5S, safety and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality.
• Good knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.
• Basic knowledge of Control Plan, RCA, CAPA and quality documentation.
• Good MS Excel/computer knowledge.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and team-handling skills.
