3691) Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical machinery and equipment.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production operations.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and utility equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Identify recurring breakdowns and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and spare-parts requirements.
• Support installation, commissioning and modification of machines.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and workplace safety standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Good coordination and team-handling skills.
