Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall heavy fabrication production operations.
- Plan and achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
- Manage manpower, machines, materials and shop-floor activities.
- Handle fabrication processes including cutting, fit-up, welding and assembly.
- Monitor productivity, quality, rejection and rework.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Purchase, Stores and Maintenance.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle production bottlenecks and ensure timely dispatch.
