Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare production plans and schedules as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch.
- Monitor material availability and production progress.
- Track WIP, delivery schedules and bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily/weekly PPC reports and MIS.
- Ensure timely completion of fabrication jobs.
- Monitor production capacity and manpower utilization.
