Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dairy production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Manage manpower, production schedules and shift activities.
• Monitor dairy processing equipment and production parameters.
• Ensure proper handling and processing of milk and dairy products.
• Monitor product quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch departments.
• Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
• Minimize production losses, wastage and downtime.
• Maintain production records, shift reports and process documentation.
• Ensure implementation of GMP, HACCP, 5S and safety practices.
• Train and guide production operators and workers.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the production department.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in dairy production.
• Strong knowledge of dairy processing and production operations.
• Knowledge of dairy machinery and troubleshooting.
• Good manpower handling and shift management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety practices.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
