Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team and ensure effective quality control across production processes.
- Monitor and improve product quality as per customer requirements and applicable standards.
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, CAPA, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with QMS requirements, including IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 as applicable.
- Conduct internal, customer, and certification audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Monitor quality KPIs, rejection, rework, PPM, and process improvement activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores, and Purchase teams for quality-related issues.
- Ensure proper inspection standards, documentation, and calibration of measuring instruments.
- Drive continuous improvement and preventive quality initiatives.
