🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the boiler system safely and efficiently.
• Start, stop and operate the boiler as per standard operating procedures.
• Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water level and steam generation.
• Ensure continuous and adequate steam supply to the production process.
• Check boiler feed-water system, pumps, valves and related equipment.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain proper boiler operating parameters.
• Carry out routine inspection of boiler equipment and identify abnormalities.
• Maintain boiler operation logs, readings and shift records.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment problems to the maintenance team.
• Ensure proper blowdown and water-level management as required.
• Follow preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping around the boiler area.
• Strictly follow safety rules, PPE requirements and statutory boiler regulations.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance departments for uninterrupted plant operation.
