📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and statutory standards.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and customer audits.
- Monitor quality KPIs, analyze defects, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other quality tools.
- Manage customer complaints, warranty issues, and quality documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lead and mentor the Quality team while coordinating with Production, Engineering, and Supplier Quality.
