📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead product costing, estimation, and engineering activities.
- Prepare accurate cost sheets, BOMs, and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Finance teams.
- Drive value engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
- Review engineering drawings, process plans, and technical specifications.
- Support RFQs, quotations, and customer technical requirements.
- Monitor project profitability and optimize manufacturing costs.
- Lead and mentor the Costing & Engineering team while ensuring timely project execution.
