🎯 Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Engineer to ensure product quality, process control, and continuous improvement in CNC & VMC machining operations within the automobile industry.
⚒️ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ In-process and final inspection of machined components
✔️ Quality control of CNC & VMC production processes
✔️ Handling customer complaints and corrective actions
✔️ Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA implementation
✔️ Preparation and maintenance of quality documents
✔️ Monitoring quality standards and process improvements
✔️ Calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments
✔️ Support internal and external quality audits
✔️ Coordination with production and customer quality teams
🧑🔧 Skills Required:
✅ Knowledge of CNC & VMC machining processes
✅ Experience in Automobile Industry quality systems
✅ Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings
✅ Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA & 7 QC Tools
✅ Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge & CMM
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Good communication and reporting abilities
