🎓Educational Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred or any Gradaute.
• Candidates with technical knowledge of industrial fasteners and relevant market experience may also be considered.

💼Experience Requirements
For Sales Executive

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial product sales.
• Experience in Fasteners, Hardware, Industrial Components, Automotive Parts, or Engineering Products preferred.
• Knowledge of OEM, Tier-1, Switchgear, Solar, Wind Energy, Agro, Engineering, and Industrial markets

⚒️Sales & Marketing Skills

• Ability to generate new customer leads.
• Capability to develop OEM and industrial customer base.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Knowledge of quotation preparation and follow-up.
• Market survey and competitor analysis capability.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and coordination.
• Understanding of pricing and commercial terms.

⛏️Computer & Reporting Skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email communication.
• ERP/CRM software knowledge preferred.
• Ability to prepare sales reports and customer visit reports.
