Job Summary/Description:
To utilize 5–10 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) within a manufacturing environment to effectively implement, monitor, and improve IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Aiming to contribute to organizational excellence by strengthening compliance, driving audit readiness, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality, safety, and environmental performance.

Objective/Target:
The Senior Quality Engineer – IMS is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) across manufacturing operations. The role ensures compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting audit activities.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with organizational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant management systems.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, process audits, and system audits across departments.
• Coordinate and support external certification audits, surveillance audits, and customer audits.
• Monitor non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
• Maintain IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, manuals, and records.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to enhance system effectiveness.
• Track quality, environmental, and safety objectives and ensure achievement of IMS KPIs.
• Facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and prepare related reports and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Kaizen, and quality management tools.
• Conduct training and awareness programs on IMS requirements and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to IMS policies and procedures.
• Support risk assessment activities and implementation of risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings and compliance-related actions.

• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Certified internal auditor for atleast IATF16949
• Experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) implementation and maintenance.
• Expertise in internal auditing, CAPA, risk management, and document control.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IMS documentation systems.
