Job Summary/Description:
To leverage my hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. Skilled in preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime. Focused on improving equipment reliability through MTTR/MTBF monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. Committed to maintaining safety, quality, and ISO compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Must have Hands on Experience in Maintenance Department.
2. To work independently and as a Team Leader and lead a team maintenance (Electrical and mechanical).
3. Knowledge of preventive maintenance and carry out breakdown maintenance to restore the machine/Equipment in working state.
4. Should be able to troubleshoot electrical breakdown and complete root cause analysis. To reduce breakdowns.
5. Knowledge of MTTR and MTBF
6. Update and monitor daily record of maintenance.
7. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 documentation and requirement related to work.
8. Maintain inventory of required parts and reorder the parts with correct specification.
9. Should be able to carry out power transformer, distribution panel, PCC panel, Motor panel periodic maintenance.
10. Should understand panel drawing and make new drawings as per requirement.
11. Should have VFD, DC Drive & Servo Drive working knowledge – Siemens, ABB, Allen Bradley
12. Knowledge of PLC program will be added advantage.
13. Knowledge of Diesel Generators, compressors, EOT Cranes, DM Plants will be added advantage.
14. Energy consumption analysis and energy saving modification suggestion and implementation.
15. Ready to work in shift whenever required.
