Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA/QC activities for heavy fabrication projects.
- Develop and implement inspection and quality plans.
- Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Handle welding, fabrication and dimensional quality requirements.
- Review drawings, specifications, ITPs and quality documentation.
- Handle customer inspections, quality audits and NCRs.
- Conduct RCA and implement CAPA for quality issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Welding, Engineering and Project teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and customer requirements.
