Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Check availability of raw materials, components, manpower, and machine capacity.
- Monitor WIP, inventory, and production progress.
- Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain PPC reports, production schedules, and MIS.
- Follow up on pending production orders and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Coordinate material planning with the Stores and Purchase teams.
- Monitor actual production against planned production and analyze deviations.
- Maintain proper production planning documentation and records.
- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
