Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop three-phase induction motors as per customer and application requirements.
- Work on motor winding design, electrical calculations, and performance optimization.
- Conduct prototype development, testing, validation, and performance analysis.
- Analyze motor test results and implement design improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to motor design, winding, performance, and testing.
- Prepare and maintain design calculations, drawings, technical documents, and test reports.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, suppliers, Production, Quality, and internal engineering teams.
- Review customer specifications and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Support new product development from concept through prototype and production.
- Ensure designs meet applicable technical standards and customer requirements.
Required Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of induction motors and three-phase motors
✔ Knowledge of winding design and motor performance calculations
✔ Experience in prototype testing and validation
✔ Strong technical problem-solving ability
✔ Good knowledge of engineering documentation
✔ Good email writing and communication skills
✔ Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
✔ Relevant experience in the motor manufacturing industry will be strongly preferred.
