Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day Rim Shop production activities.
- Plan and monitor production as per daily targets.
- Manage manpower allocation and shop-floor activities.
- Ensure production output meets quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores departments.
- Ensure adherence to production processes and work instructions.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and productivity.
- Maintain production reports and daily MIS.
- Implement 5S, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action.
- Train and guide shop-floor operators and workers.
