About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Assistant Production Manager to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with VMC machine programming and be capable of managing day-to-day machine shop floor operations while ensuring productivity, quality, and timely production.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and optimize VMC machines (2D) for production.
- Plan and supervise daily machine shop operations.
- Coordinate production schedules to achieve delivery targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Troubleshoot machining and production-related issues.
- Manage machine operators and shop floor personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (IBR).
Strong knowledge of VMC programming and machining processes.
Experience in machine shop floor management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
