🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall Machine Shop operations.
- Plan and monitor daily production to achieve delivery targets.
- Supervise CNC, VMC, HMC, Turning, Milling, Drilling, and Grinding operations.
- Optimize machine utilization, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Tool Room, and Maintenance teams.
- Lead, train, and develop the Machine Shop workforce.
