📝 Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth operations
• Monitor production processes to achieve quality and productivity targets
• Assemble, test, and inspect electronic products as per specifications
• Maintain production records and daily reports
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments to resolve production issues
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, 5S, and safety standards
• Minimize production downtime and reduce process losses
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
