3579) Design Officer

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Design Officer with 3 to 5 years of experience in
mechanical design. In this role, you will design tools, dies, fixtures, and components for
motor manufacturing. You will turn concepts into accurate 3D models and 2D production
drawings, ensuring everything is ready for the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities
 3D & 2D Design: Create detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings for manufacturing.
 Tool & Die Design: Design high-precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to support
production.
 Motor Manufacturing: Develop and improve designs specifically for electric motors and
related components.
 Industry Standards: Apply industrial design standards and GD&T to ensure parts fit and
function perfectly.
 Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality teams to solve
manufacturing issues and improve designs.

Requirements
Education & Experience
 Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design (manufacturing sector
preferred).

Technical Skills
 Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 3D and AutoCAD Mechanical.
 Proven experience in Fixture Design, Tool Design, and Die Design.
 Good understanding of Motor Manufacturing processes.
