📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately into software and Excel sheets
- Maintain records, files, and documents
- Verify and correct data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection
- Scan, file, and organize office documents
- Handle basic office administration and documentation work
