📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC/VMC programs
- Perform machine setting, prove-out, and process improvement activities
- Supervise daily machine shop operations and manpower
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
- Handle CNC Turning and VMC machines with FANUC/HAAS controllers
- Monitor machine utilization and productivity
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams
- Maintain production records and reports
🎯 Skills Required:
✔️ Strong knowledge of CNC Turning & VMC Programming
✔️ Experience in FANUC / HAAS Controllers
✔️ Setting and Programming is Mandatory
✔️ Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
✔️ Leadership and manpower handling skills
✔️ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
