About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Administration Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance adherence, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
B. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Support monthly payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for error-free salary disbursement.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
- Manage HRMS data entry and updates.
C. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and escalate as required.
- Maintain positive employee relations and contribute to a healthy work culture.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and track timely completion.
D. Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation in physical and digital formats.
- Prepare and submit HR MIS reports, attrition data, and headcount reports.
- Support policy drafting, communication, and implementation.
E. Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration including facilities, housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
- Manage office supplies, AMC contracts, and asset records.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees.
- Handle petty cash, administrative expenses, and bill processing.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of office infrastructure.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of HR processes – recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
- Familiarity with Labour Laws: PF, ESIC, PT, Maternity Benefit Act, Shops & Establishment Act.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/ERP tools.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to work.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Additional certifications in Labour Law / HR Management are an advantage.
