Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Leadership

• Lead preventive, predictive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Develop maintenance strategies to improve machine availability and OEE.
• Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Equipment Reliability

2. Responsible for maintenance of:

• Drill Machines
• Plasma Cutting Machine
• Welding Systems – Column Boom SAW, Pannel Welding, MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored, Laser Welding
• Pipe / Pannel Bending Machine
• STBW
• Leth Machine
• HBM – Horrizental Boring Machine
• Hydraulic Presses
• Paint Shop Equipment
• Compressors and Utilities
• Material Handling Systems
• DG Sets and Electrical Systems
• Crane Systems
• Breakdown Analysis

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical failures.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive reduction in recurring breakdowns.
• Maintenance Planning

• Prepare annual maintenance budgets.
• Plan shutdown maintenance activities.
• Optimize spare parts inventory and critical spares management.
• Develop maintenance SOPs and standards.
• Automation & Controls

• Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, HMI, servo systems, and industrial automation equipment.
• Coordinate with OEMs for machine upgrades and modernization.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Conduct skill development and training programs.
• Allocate manpower and monitor performance.
• Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Implement LOTO and safe maintenance practices.
• Support ISO, IATF, and customer audits.
• Continuous Improvement

• Drive TPM implementation.
• Improve OEE, MTBF, and maintenance efficiency.
• Lead Kaizen, Lean, and cost reduction projects.
• Support Industry 4.0 and predictive maintenance initiatives.
