Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Monitor production targets, quality and timelines.
- Coordinate with operators and production team.
- Ensure proper machine and manpower utilization.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and PPC departments.
- Follow 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity activities.
