Production Operations
Manage day-to-day production of Li-ion battery packs/modules.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
Monitor manpower, machine utilization and line productivity.
Ensure production as per SOP, work instructions and production plans.
Battery Pack Manufacturing
Knowledge of LiFePO4 / NMC battery pack assembly.
Cell sorting, matching and module/pack assembly.
Busbar assembly and electrical connections.
BMS installation and wiring.
Cell/module compression and enclosure assembly.
Familiarity with laser welding / spot welding / ultrasonic welding processes.
Required Skills
Knowledge of production planning and manpower management.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
