We are seeking a hands-on and technically skilled Surface Treatment Engineer/Chemist with proven expertise in Zinc and Manganese Phosphating processes.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and optimize Zinc & Manganese Phosphating processes
• Ensure bath chemistry and process parameters are maintained
• Conduct chemical analysis and maintain treatment records
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure coating quality and adherence to specifications
• Coordinate with production and quality teams
• Maintain process documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
🎯 Skills Required:
