🎯 Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage CNC production activities, manpower handling, production planning, and shop floor operations to ensure timely and quality output.

⚒️ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Supervise daily CNC production activities
✔ Monitor production targets and output
✔ Handle manpower allocation and shift management
✔ Ensure quality standards and production efficiency
✔ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments
✔ Monitor machine utilization and productivity
✔ Maintain production reports and documentation
✔ Implement safety and housekeeping standards
