🎯Job: To operate and maintain Refrigeration plant and related equipment used in Frozen food plant like Cold Storages, Packing Rooms with required knowledge of SCADA system of Ammonia based chilling plant / Refrigeration plant
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- To operate the equipment through SCADA system and in manual mode if the requirement arises
- To carry out maintenance activities on these equipment
- To carry out maintenance activities in Cold Storages, Packing Rooms
- To maintain the monitoring log sheets available in section
- To check and maintain spares required
- To report any abnormalities observed during shift, immediately to immediate superior or maintenance head
- To maintain good team work in the section
- To carry out the operation and maintenance activities as per the Standard Operating Procedures
- To identify the recurring problems, report immediately, and /or suggest corrective actions to avoid / reduce recurrence
- To carry out the sectional activities in a safe manner and according to GMP
- To use provided PPEs without fail
- To carry out periodic checks on ammonia leak detection system and man trap alarm system and validate its functionality
- Ready to work in allotted shifts
- To maintain good housekeeping in the workplace
- Willing to work on call at odd duty hours and in shifts
