The Sales Manager (B2B) will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new clients and managing key accounts in the aluminium extrusion segment. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with industrial customers.
🔧Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement B2B sales strategies for aluminium extrusion products
✅ Identify and generate new business opportunities across industries
✅ Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships
✅ Achieve sales targets, revenue growth & market expansion
✅ Handle pricing, quotations, negotiations & contract finalization
✅ Coordinate with production, planning & dispatch for timely delivery
✅ Analyze market trends, competitor activity & customer requirements
✅ Lead and guide the sales team to improve performance
✅ Prepare sales reports, forecasts & MIS
