Job Responsibilities:
• Dispatch planning as per production schedule
• Coordination with production & stores team
• Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way bill, LR)
• Transporter coordination & vehicle arrangement
• Packing & material verification before dispatch
• Maintain dispatch records & reports
• Ensure timely delivery to customers
• Loading supervision & manpower handling
