📝Job Summary
The IT Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day IT support, maintenance, and management of the
organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing
IT assets, maintaining network connectivity, and ensuring smooth operation of CCTV, EPBX, and other IT systems.

⚒️Key Responsibilities

1. Hardware & Technical Support

• Installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to PCs, laptops, servers, and operating systems
• Coordinating with vendors for hardware repair and replacement when required

1. Server & Network Support

• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of servers
• Management and monitoring of LAN / WAN networks
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of internet connectivity, broadband lines, and Wi-Fi networks
• Coordination with ISPs for fault resolution and service upgrades

1. IT Asset Management

• Maintaining and updating the IT Asset Register
• Tracking issuance, return, and disposal of IT assets
• Periodic physical verification of IT assets

1. CCTV & EPBX Management

• Monitoring and basic maintenance of CCTV systems
• Coordination with vendors for CCTV repairs, upgrades, and AMC
• Handling and maintaining EPBX / intercom systems, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination

1. Software & User Support

• Installation and support for operating systems, antivirus, and standard office applications
• Providing technical support to users and resolving IT-related issues on a day-to-day basis
• User account management and basic access control (as applicable)

1. MIS & Documentation

• Preparing and maintaining MIS reports related to IT assets, network uptime, CCTV, EPBX, and support tickets
• Maintaining documentation for IT processes, configurations, and vendor details

1. Compliance & Security

• Ensuring basic IT security practices are followed
• Regular system updates and antivirus management
• Supporting data backup and recovery processes

💼 Required Skills & Qualifications
Education

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience
• 2 – 4 yrs of in IT support, system administration, or a similar role

🧑‍🔧Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of PC/laptop hardware and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, basic server support
• Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, routers, switches, and broadband connectivity
• Experience with CCTV and EPBX systems is preferred
• IT asset management and MIS reporting skills
