๐ŸŽฏ Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform quality testing of milk & dairy products
  2. Test fat, SNF, acidity, moisture, protein
  3. Conduct MBRT, adulteration & chemical analysis
  4. Raw milk quality check at receiving stage
  5. In-process quality inspection during production
  6. Finished product testing (butter, ghee, paneer, milk powder)
  7. Maintain QC lab records & reports
  8. Calibration of lab instruments
  9. Monitor hygiene & sanitation standards
  10. Coordinate with production team for quality issues
  11. Follow FSSAI & food safety standards
  12. Handle sample retention & documentation
