🎯 Job description :
- Oversee daily operations of the Printing, ensuring production schedules are met and machinery is operating efficiently.
- Assist to Printing supervisor to supervise a team of Printing operators, machine operators, and technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance when needed.
- Manage and train a team of printers to achieve optimal performance.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production deadlines.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
